"Since taking the capsules, I have experienced a significant increase in energy. Here's how I can explain it. During my workouts, I usually spend about 20 minutes on the Matrix Elliptical machine, and my goal is to burn 100 calories and reach one mile in that time. Most of the time, it takes me a few more seconds to reach the one mile mark, for example 20:30. Since taking the capsules, I've reached one mile and 100 calories in 18 minutes (2 minutes less time) without even trying. I also notice more energy when using the other Matrix machines. "I have been taking the microgreens since 6/2020 and the mushrooms since 8/2020 and I love these products. I'm currently on 4 different blood pressure medications that I take up to 3 times a day. I've had this condition for a few years now. I have a blood pressure machine that I use everyday and noticed at the start of 11/2020 before taking my meds my pressure was normal. So I didn't take my meds and rechecked my pressure every hour for the next 12 hours and it remained normal. I have done this for almost 2 weeks now and my pressure is still normal while I'm awake. I'll take one dose of the blood pressure meds before going to sleep since I can't check while sleeping.
